Sothari Maduram is a classical medicine in Siddha system of medicine. It is useful in the treatment of General swelling/ massive oedema or anasarca. It is a medical condition characterized by widespread swelling of the skin due to the effusion of fluid into the extracellular space.
ROLE OF INGREDIENTS;
Mandur Bhasma, also spelled as Mandoor Bhasma is an ayurvedic proprietary medication comprising of calcined iron and mainly indicated for the purpose of treating and managing iron deficiency anemia (, microcytic anemia) and the underlying debility associated with it.
Vitex negundo relieves muscle aches and joint pains. The Ayurvedic and Unani Pharmacopoeia of India has documented the use of the leaf, seed and the root to treat excessive vaginal discharge, edema, skin diseases, pruritus, helminthiasis, rheumatism and puerperal fever.
Alocasia indica (Araceae) has been used traditionally in jaundice, diseases of abdomen, spleen, inflammation[9]. The juice of the leaves of the plant is used as digestive, laxative, diuretic, astringent and traditionally used for the treatment of rheumatic arthritis. It has antifungal properties.

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;
Take 250-500mg tablets -1-2 tablets with water after food twice daily. or as directed by the physician.
