Vasarishta is a honey-based expectorant that is beneficial in all respiratory complaints like congestion, cold and cough.

 Alcohol-based combination of Vasa (Adathoda vasica), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum), Twak (Cinnamomum verum), Nagakesar (Mesuua ferra), Jathiphala (Myristica fragrans), etc. with Honey.

Balances Kapha dosha in the region of the chest. Scrapes away vitiated phlegm from the respiratory tract.
